The Food Service Manager will oversee preparing and serving meals for 200 plus campers and staff, Monday morning through Saturday morning. Specific hours and shift times are negotiable, but in general will need to cover two of the meals M-F.
The ideal candidate must love working as a team, find joy working with high school and college age team members, be attentive to details, & have great time management skills. The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing other employees, tracking food inventory, prepping food, assisting and managing the cleaning of the kitchen and dining room areas, adhering to federal and state health regulations, and maintaining proper food storage and handling. ServSafe certification is required, but Pine Ridge will pay for qualified candidates to get their certification.
This position is seasonal full-time during our summer camp programs, late May-early August. Part-time hours are available through the rest of the year.
