Pine Ridge offers rewarding employment opportunities for our 2026 summer camps! Through day and overnight camp experiences, Pine Ridge serves 1,000 children and youth, as well as people with developmental disabilities.

Summer team members live on-site through our pre-camp training and seven weeks of summer camp. Our compensation package includes salary, housing, and all meals. However, we also strongly encourage all of our team members to raise missions support to enhance the salary that camp provides.
We need college students, adults, teachers, people with experience or no experience, skilled professionals – we need you! Housing may be available.

High School Student Employees
PRBC is excited to roll out a teen discipleship program for our high school staff called L.I.G.H.T.S., Living In God’s Holy Truth Submissively. L.I.G.H.T.S is for the teen who will learn from God’s Word and seek an eternal relationship with Jesus Christ and with God the Father by the Holy Spirit. The teens will learn the absolute importance of abiding in Him through the power of the Holy Spirit. This program allows the teens to serve our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in various tasks around camp. The program is designed for ages 14-17. In total, it is a four-week commitment; the first two consecutive weeks need to come first.
The teen/Lord’s servants will have two cabin leaders to lead, guide, train, and model L.I.G.H.T.S. The teens will engage in L.I.G.H.T.S. specific Bible teaching, personal devotions, discipleship training workshops, and small group discussions.
L.I.G.H.T.S. will allow the teen/Lord’s servants an inside look at camp ministry. This program offers responsibility and accountability for personal growth in their relationship with Jesus Christ, God the Father, and learning a work ethic that honors the Almighty God.
