Pine Ridge offers rewarding employment opportunities for our 2025 summer camps! Through day and overnight camp experiences, Pine Ridge serves 1,000 children and youth, as well as people with developmental disabilities.

Summer team members live on-site through our pre-camp training and seven weeks of summer camp. Our compensation package includes salary, housing, and all meals. However, we also strongly encourage all of our team members to raise missions support to enhance the salary that camp provides.
We need college students, adults, teachers, people with experience or no experience, skilled professionals – we need you! Housing may be available.

Here are a few benefits to employment at our Christian camp as a missionary.
High School Student Employees
Many of our positions are for applicants 18 and older. However, we also hire eligible high school students ages 14-17. High school employees may apply to serve on either our Food Service or Housekeeping teams.
Other positions such as junior cabin leader (JCL), lifeguard, worship leader, and media may be available to high school students who have a certification or skill set that is needed.

Develop new and deep friendships.
Raise additional funds as a missionary at camp.
