High School Staff

PRBC offers a discipleship program for high school staff called L.I.G.H.T.S., Living In God’s Holy Truth Submissively. L.I.G.H.T.S is for teens seeking to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. This program gives teens age 14-18 opportunities to serve Christ in various tasks around camp, learning important job skills that will translate to other employment opportunities. It is a four-week commitment with two consecutive weeks to start.

A Cabin Leader will lead, guide, train, and model L.I.G.H.T.S. in specific Bible teaching, personal devotions, discipleship training workshops, and small group discussions.
